Apple diet is simple and easy to follow. Eat 1 medium apple (containing approximately 5 g of fiber, which is 20% of the recommended daily intake of fiber) before each main meal. At a meal time where you can only eat apples you can eat as many as you want. You should consume at least two liters of water a day; avoid soft drinks at all cost. Here’s What to Eat?

First day

Apples on all tables and lunch of roasted chicken

Second day

Breakfast: 2 Apples
Meal: An apple, green salad with lemon and two slices of cheese

Third day

Breakfast: An apple, a slice of bread and a slice of ham.
Meal: An apple, green salad, two carrots and quarter of onion.

Fourth day

Breakfast: An apple, a slice of bread and a slice of ham.
Meal: An apple, salad of boiled vegetables without potatoes and tuna recipe with lemon.
Snack: An apple and a bowl of cereal with skim milk.

Fifth day

Breakfast: An apple, 1 boiled egg and a slice of bread.
Meal: An apple, salad of raw vegetables and 2 slices of baked chicken or beef meat.
Snack: Apples.

After five days, continue the system up to two weeks and then pause for a week. This diet has an effect over time and may be held whenever you want.
