Sapphire Laguna is offering an unforgettable Easter brunch prepared by Chef Azmin Ghahreman on Sunday, March 31. Sapphire’s Easter menu will feature a delectable three-course meal offering a variety of brunch favorites infused with Sapphire’s signature international flair.
Brunch will be served on Sunday, March 31 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for $45 per person. Children ages 12 and younger may enjoy a half portion three-course meal for half price.
The Easter Brunch Menu begins with a Local Halibut Ceviche. For the Main Course, Chef Azmin will offer a variety of entrée selections, each featuring the best fresh ingredients that the new spring-season has to offer.
