Sapphire Laguna Hosts Easter Sunday Brunch

Sapphire Laguna is offering an unforgettable Easter brunch prepared by Chef Azmin Ghahreman on Sunday, March 31. Sapphire’s Easter menu will feature a delectable three-course meal offering a variety of brunch favorites infused with Sapphire’s signature international flair.

Brunch will be served on Sunday, March 31 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for $45 per person. Children ages 12 and younger may enjoy a half portion three-course meal for half price. 

The Easter Brunch Menu begins with a Local Halibut Ceviche. For the Main Course, Chef Azmin will offer a variety of entrée selections, each featuring the best fresh ingredients that the new spring-season has to offer. 

  • Eggs Benedict, Traditional on English Muffin, Canadian Bacon, Hollandaise, Sope con Chile Verde, Poached Egg, Avocado
  • Clementine & Almond French Toast, Citrus Marmalade, Toasted Almond Streusel, Vermont Maple Butter
  • Low Country Shrimp & Cheddar Grits, Fiscalini Cheddar, Fried Egg, Green Onion-Tasso Ham Gravy
  • Modern Lamb Blanquette, Slow Cooked Lamb Osso Bucco, Tender Spring Vegetables, Mint Relish
  • Roasted Mary’s Chicken, Green Olives, Chorizo, Tomato, Pine Nuts, Sorrel Brown Butter
  • Grilled Beef Tenderloin, Massaman Curry Stew, Fingerling Potatoes, Jasmine Rice, Crushed Peanuts
  • Pan Seared Natural King Salmon, Cinnamon Preserved Lemon Couscous, Roasted Eggplant, Muhammara
  • For the perfect ending to an Easter feast, the brunch will conclude with an array of desserts to choose from, including a Lemon Shortbread, Tiramisu Verrine or a “Snickers” Bar.
