Restaurant Adds 3 New Salads/Thin Crust Pizza To Menu
Stonefire Grill, which recently added several items featuring quinoa to its menu, is continuing to expand its menu by announcing four new flavorful dishes. Each item boasts an array of fresh produce like wild arugula, toasted walnuts and gorgonzola. The menu items include:
Golden State Kale ($6.49)-- A salad featuring chopped kale, red cabbage, cucumber, golden raisins, roasted chickpeas and avocado, finished with a lemon tahini dressing.
Roasted Corn & Arugula ($6.49)-- A wild arugula salad garnished with roasted corn, grape tomatoes, avocado, toasted walnuts and Parmesan cheese with a tomato basil vinaigrette.
The A.B.G. ($6.49) – A for wild arugula, B for red beets and G for gorgonzola cheese. The salad is tossed with toasted walnuts and balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
10" Margherita ($6.99) – Adding to its growing list of pizzas, this rustic thin-crust variation is topped with hand-crushed tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella and chopped basil.
