The celebration will include three signature styles of The Beachcombers rich and savory brunch-favorite, including Traditional Benedict, Crabcake Benedict and Florentine Benedict. To commemorate this delectable occasion, Executive Chef Carlos Olivera has created two new recipes that are sure to satisfy diners palates: Applewood Smoked Scottish Salmon Benedict and Maine Lobster & Pacific Shrimp Cake Benedict.

The Beachcombers famous egg benedicts are made with fresh organic eggs that are poached to perfection, served over a hot and crispy English muffin and dressed in a savory hollandaise sauce. The Traditional Benedict features honey-smoked spiral ham; the Crabcake Benedict features Blue Crabcakes; the Florentine Benedict is made with fresh spinach and sautéed tomatoes; the Applewood Smoked Scottish Salmon Benedict is made with sautéed Rainbow Swiss Chard, basil, chives and red caviar and the Maine Lobster & Pacific Shrimp Cake Benedict features braised kale, yellow sweet corn, hollandaise sauce with blood orange reduction and wasabi caviar.
