New Years Eve 2012-2013 Monday, December 31 from 7pm

• Seared Day Boat Scallops on Truffled Puree of English Peas with Shaved Parmigiano Reggiano on Bulls Blood Micro Greens.

• Oven Roasted Colorado Leg of Lamb with Herbed Jus, Potatos Gratin, Braised Chard and Wild Mushrooms. OR Grilled Marinated Duck Breast with a Port, Fig, Pink Pepercorn Reduction, Wild Rice, Nettles and Radish.

• Creme Brulee

• Complementary Glass of True Champagne at Midnight.

$50 per person, plus sales tax. Deposit Required and Choice of Main Course.
