The Loft's Chef de Cuisine, Casey Overton, will guide 40 guests through a special six-course meal pairing seasonally inspired dishes with a quintet of exquisite wines culled from one of the most prestigious wineries in the mountainous Lombardi region of Northern Italy.  Featured items include butter-poached oyster accompanied by caramelized salsify and cured yuzu, pumpkin salad served with brown butter vinaigrette and pepitas, and oxtail terrine paired with arugula and confit tomato.
