Tacos and tequila are a classic combination and now at Tommy Bahama, these favorites get a modern and slightly exotic twist. Available through June 16th, Tommy Bahama is bringing back a refreshed version of their signature “Tacos and Tequila” menu.
The new taco menu is truly inspired with creative concoctions that include a Crispy Duroc Pork Belly taco with avocado pico and jalapeno slices and Kona Longboard Beer and Cheese Steak taco for an elevated beef flavor. Tuna, shrimp and veggie tacos round out the offering. Each has a unique flavor thanks to different toppings that include: fresh homemade corn salsa or mango salsa, cauliflower relish, pickled onions and Tommy Bahama’s signature Island Slaw.

Naturally, you need something to wash these down and Tommy Bahama has crafted a variety of margaritas including their latest -- the Island Anchorita Margarita. A veritable taste sensation, this signature cocktail combines Ancho Reyes, Milagro Tequila with pineapple, lime and apple juice finished with ginger beer and garnished with jalapenos. If you prefer an alternative, Tommy Bahama offers several other varieties that are sure to pique the interest of anyone who seeks an original invention when it comes to margaritas.
1.5 parts Milagro
.75 part Ancho Reyes
1 part Pineapple Juice
.5 part Lime Juice
.5 part Apple Juice
1.5 parts ginger beer
2 Torched Jalapeno Slice (between 1/8” & 1/16”)
In a mixing glass, muddle the torched jalapeno and lime juice. Then add the remaining ingredients, except the ginger beer, add ice, shake to mix, strain into glass filled with fresh ice, top with ginger beer.
