Join Bistango in celebrating the opening of its first art exhibition of 2019! Continuing its mission of connecting visual and culinary art, Bistango will host an art opening reception featuring light bites and a glass of wine, and a chance to meet the artists on March 16.
Spring brings a fresh look to the countryside and to Bistango Restaurant, with this new exhibit featuring art from around Southern California, as well as around the world. From Zimbabwean Roger Gordon’s elephants trumpeting to save our planet, to the bold abstracts of activist-artist Marie Martin, to Armenian artist Samvel Sargisyan and Hambardzum Ghukasyan paying heritage to their culture, the spring exhibition boasts a wide array of work that connects the viewers to global current events.
Additional artists also joining the exhibition include Veronica Schmitt, Norma Samuelson, Paul Bond, Fred Stodder, Mitch Ridder, Fred Stodder, Tony DeSantis, Jeff Schwalm, as well as Diana Ghoukassian.
