“Foods of Love: Oysters and Champagne” gives Bluewater Grill customers the chance to combine the reputed aphrodisiacal qualities of raw oysters with various California sparkling wine and French Champagne varietals poured in honor of Valentine’s Day. The tasting event will feature parings of raw oysters on the half shell from British Columbia and Washington State with a choice of Domaine Ste. Michelle Brut or a Gloria Ferrer Blanc de Noir. Special draft beers are available as an option. The cost of each pairing event is $29.95 per person, and advance reservations are required for sittings at the restaurant starting at 6:30 p.m.
