Event Description

The Loft at Montage Laguna Beach is a wonderful place to dine prior to New Year’s festivities at midnight. There will be a special celebratory Four-Course Holiday Tasting Menu with a first choice of Winter Squash Soup, Escarole and Treviso Salad or Christmas Ham Rillette with apple mostarda. Second, guests may select Fig and Chestnut Ricotta Ravioli, Petite Lobster Thermidor or Seared George’s Bank Scallops. The entrée course options are Panko-Crusted Pacific Petrale Sole Almondine with haricots verts and potato croquettes, Beef Wellington with potato rösti and glazed heirloom carrots or Seared Long Island Duck Breast and Leg Confit with sweet potato purée and shaved Brussels sprouts. For dessert, there’s Torta de Verona Madeleine Sponge or Caraibe Chocolate Gingerbread. To start the New Year’s countdown with goodwill, the dinner includes a bottle of Veuve Clicquot for every two adult guests.

$185 per adult includes a bottle of Veuve Clicquot per couple; $50 for children (ages four to 12 years; children under four will have á la carte menu options), plus tax and gratuity; the customary á la carte menu will not be available.
