Event Description

Seafood fans can compare oysters and clams from the West Coast and East Coast during Bluewater Grill’s April tasting and wine pairing event.  Each participant will enjoy a sampler platter of Ponzu Sashimi Sea Scallops (Hammersley Inlet Oyster, Wash.), Pickering Pearl Petite (Totten Inlet, Wash.) and Cherrystone Clams (Rhode Island) on the half shell.  These will be paired with hand-selected wines from Oregon, Washington and New Zealand, or a choice of two beer or two cocktails.
