Back by popular demand is “Brown Bag Wine Night” at Palm Terrace Restaurant. The food: Guests start with a Trio of Palm Terrace Favorites, followed by choice of signature entrées such as Prime Beef Sous Vide Braised Short Ribs, Kansas City Bone-In Steak and Seared Ahi Tuna; ending with a sampling of sweets from Pastry Chef Michael Owens.
The wine: Based on guests’ preferences and entrée selections, a bottle of wine is carefully selected to complement the meal, served in a brown bag, and only revealed at the end of the meal. Can you guess what it is?
