Bistro West

Bistro West, Orange County’s newest dining destination, made its debut at The District at Tustin Legacy this month, with an event for the CHOC Children’s Foundation. I was so lucky to attend this great Disneyland event with Disney's very own Pastry Chef Jean-Marc Viallet.

He made the most beautiful Gingerbreads EVER and shared the recipe that Disneyland uses. FUN FACT: Did you know that the gingerbread house in the Haunted Mansion is made of real gingerbread??

3 cups all-purpose flour

3/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup unsalted butter, softened
