The Yummy Things I Made Over Christmas!

I am currently putting together all the yummy things my family and I made over Christmas. A real highlight was my sister in laws avocado, watermelon & Thai spiced shrimp skewers! I went out on a limb and created some smoked pork belly! I know it's not a traditional Christmas food, however, pork belly is one of my families favorites and much better than turkey!!
