Twelve Days of Christmas
Monday, December 12, through Friday, December 23
At EATS Kitchen & Bar, holiday feasting lasts twelve full days starting December 12 with daily specialty dishes – all a delicious riff on everyone’s favorite ditty, “The Twelve Days of Christmas.” It starts with the chef’s version of “A Partridge in a Pear Tree” presented as Roasted Scottish Partridge with an Anjou pear and gorgonzola tart. On day five’s “Five Golden Rings,” guests feast on yummy Five Golden Berliner Housemade Donuts with blackberry sauce and chocolate soil. And on the last day “Twelve Drummers Drumming” brings to the plate Grilled Spiced Chicken Wings & Drumsticks with shishito peppers and chile gastrique polished off with Julian Hard Cider.

Heat Up the Holidays
Monday, December 19, through Monday, December 26, from 3 to 5 p.m.
Santa’s not the only one who gets snacks for the holidays. Visitors to Hotel Irvine will also receive treats this season. When revelers head to EATS Kitchen & Bar to gather ‘round the fire pit, there will be hot chocolate and apple cider (spiked if they like), roasted marshmallows and a mulled wine station. It’s the hotel’s way of spreading a little holiday cheer.

Christmas Brunch in The Backyard

Christmastime is here, and brunch is coming to town. On Christmas Day, the celebration in The Backyard at Hotel Irvine is a spectacular holiday feast packed with food stations, including Freshly Carved Turkey, Maple-Glazed Berkshire Ham, Holiday Desserts, Build-Your-Own Mimosas and more. There’s a choice of delicious bites from the Christmas-themed specialty menu, new cocktails to sip and 50% off beer, and it’s the place to watch the day’s NFL games. Christmas at Marketplace

Marketplace’s fresh, local offerings are getting a traditional holiday twist. Offerings are to take out or to leave all the cooking to Marketplace and enjoyed right there.
