Complimentary Wine Tastings At Fleming's

The original Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Newport Beach know's how to celebrate summer. Every night there are complimentary wine tastings for diners with half off featured wines by the bottle; the popular Sunday-Monday prime rib dinner is back; and fresh innovative seasonal seafood is offered all summer long for $39.95.

100 Wines. One Summer: Complimentary tastings nightly from the Fleming’s 100® and Half Off bottles of the featured wines.

If you’re ready to sample some new wines on the house, now’s the time. Fleming’s is pulling out all the corks with “100 Wines. One Summer.” Through August 20, diners may try complimentary tastings of two select wines featured from the Fleming’s 100® every night. If guests like the featured wines, they can enjoy a bottle for half off the regular price that same evening. Each Wednesday, we’ll be pouring two Reserve wines, perfect for #WineWednesday!


100 Wines. One Summer Tasting Event – July 16

Fleming’s invites you to attend the “100 Wines. One Summer: National Tasting Event” on July 16, starting at 5 p.m. The event will feature 50 wines from the Fleming’s 100®. Guests will enjoy wine tastes while enjoying a savory spread of passed hors d’oeuvres, including snow crab claws with cocktail sauce and house smoked scottish salmon crostini with mustard aioli, cucumber coin and fresh dill, for $35 per person. Additionally, Fleming’s will gift each guest in attendance a $25 dining card to be used during their next visit.

Prime Sunday/Monday is Back for $34.95

Every Sunday and Monday now through Labor Day Weekend, guests may enjoy Fleming’s three course Prime Rib Dinner that twice a year is priced an extraordinary value of $34.95 per person. The menu begins with choice of salad – Fleming’s, Modern Caesar or the new Wedge, followed by a succulent 12-oz. cut of tender Prime Rib with three savory sauces and choice of side such as Fleming’s potatoes, signature onion rings, creamed spinach or grilled high country asparagus. Complete dinner with choice of dessert, with offerings like chocolate lava cake with premium vanilla ice cream and chopped pistachios; classic New York-style cheesecake, or fresh berries & Chantilly cream.


Prime Mondays, a Customizable Three Course Menu $49.95
Explore the possibilities each week with your choice of starter, entrée, sides and dessert. Entrée choices include Fleming’s certified Angus beef block-cut craftsman ribeye, double-thick pork rib chop and Chilean sea bass. Complete the experience with a wine-pairing experience with two selections from for an additional charge.


Starter choices are: Fleming’s Salad, Bloomsdale Spinach Salad or Fleming’s classic French Onion Soup. The three entrées to select from are: Certified Angus Beef Block-Cut Craftsman Ribeye, Double-Thick Pork Rib Chop or Chilean Sea Bass. Guests select two sides: Truffle-Parsley Mashed Potatoes, Spicy Thai Green Beans, Fleming's Potatoes and Creamed Spinach. Dessert choices are Walnut Turtle Pie, Carrot Cake or Cheesecake.


Chef’s Summer Features

This summer as part of Fleming’s Chef’s Summer Features series guests will enjoy the seaside, tableside. Fresh, innovative seafood entrees are featured all season long for $39.95.

· Georges Bank Colossal Sea Scallops – available now – July 19

Sun-dried tomato and shiitake mushroom risotto, lemon truffle-scented arugula, tomato jam

· Wild Alaskan Line Caught Halibut – available July 20 – August 2

Braised in parchment paper and served tableside with grape tomatoes, black olives, capers, zucchini, basil, thyme

· Ahi Tuna Mignon – available August 3 — August 20

Chile rubbed, grape tomato vinaigrette, garnished with jumbo lump crabmeat


Summer Taste the Season

Satisfy your cravings with our Summer Taste the Season menu. Enjoy our three-course summer menu, available now thru August 31, starting at $55.95. Start your meal with a Summer Peach Spinach Salad followed by a Petite Filet Mignon blistered tomatoes and fresh burrata, paired with your choice of Herb-Butter Baked Shrimp, Alaskan King Crab or North Atlantic Lobster, and a Crispy Hasselback Potato. For dessert, indulge in a Salted Caramel Gelato Sandwich.


Reserve Pour: Forty-Six Diamonds

As part of Fleming’s Reserve Pour, enjoy Forty-Six Diamonds Pinot Noir from Willamette Valley made in collaboration with the winery and Fleming’s National Wine Director, Maeve Pesquera. The wine is an exclusive explosion of berry fruits, cooking spices and dried flowers. With only 500 cases available worldwide, enjoy this rare wine for $18 per glass, $27 per big pour or $72 per bottle for a limited time, while supplies last.
