Second: Hand Made, Lasagnette filled with Bosina Robiola Cheese, Zucchini, Shitake Mushrooms & a Fresh Herb Pesto Cream Sauce. (Paired with a 2006 Cantine Rosa Del Golfo Scaliere Negroamaro, Salento Italy)
