Pacific Hideaway is serving up a brand new brunch menu with dishes like the Hideaway Hash Benny with house lao sausage, potato, crunchy coconut rice cake and ‘bang-bang’ hollandaise, and Breakfast Tacos with chorizo, black beans, fried eggs and chicharrons. Guests can also opt for the sweeter side, with dishes like Vacation Crepes with Nutella, crushed hazelnuts, vanilla whipped cream, sliced strawberries and cocoa powder. It wouldn’t be a holiday without a festive cocktail, and Pacific Hideaway has you covered. The new brunch menu features craft cocktails created by award-winning bartender Casey Lyons such as Living the Dream with aperol, mango and sparkling wine, and Risky Business with Maker’s Mark, orange juice, egg white, kumquat and Thai chili.
