Crafted by Executive Chef Michael Rossi, our SURF & TURF features Cape Grim Grass Fed Beef served on a bed of California Delta Asparagus, Morel Mushrooms, Thumbelina Carrots, and a Cabernet Reduction sauce with a South African Lobster Tail.

Father’s Day Weekend is also made special with a limited-stock flight of high-end whiskey from around the globe: Hibiki Japanese Harmony, High West Bourye from Kentucky, and E.H. Taylor Small Batch Straight Bourbon from Kentucky.
