Fleming’s Newport Beach will serve a special three-course Easter Brunch Sunday, April 21 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The exclusive prix fixe menu features an appetizer choice of Caesar salad with crispy prosciutto or lobster bisque. Entrée selections include Fleming’s signature eggs Benedict with choice of filet mignon, crab cake or as a surf & turf duo; spring vegetable quiche – available with a 6 oz. filet mignon; brioche French toast with strawberry sauce; or salmon Cobb salad. All entrées come with Lyonnaise potatoes and fresh roasted asparagus for the table to share. For dessert, select New York cheesecake with caramel or flourless chocolate cake. Add a featured cocktail: berry mimosa ($11) or Butcher’s Bloody Mary ($13). Children can choose from kid-friendly grilled lamb lollipops, colossal shrimp tempura, chicken tenders, French toast, mac & cheese with bacon or filet mignon. Fleming’s a la carte dinner menu will be available all day.
Three-course brunch priced per entrée selection: $32-$48 per adult, $16-$19 per child (age 12 and under). Early reservations recommended.
