Fleming's Three-Course Filet & Lobster

Now through October 17, guests may enjoy the perfect pairing of steak and seafood with Fleming’s three-course Filet & Lobster prix fixe menu. Fleming’s three-course menu featuring a sweet, cold-water 8 oz. North Atlantic lobster tail and an 8 oz. tender filet mignon, wet-aged for a minimum of 21 days and prepared to guest’s exact preferences. Diners may opt for a larger cut or a bone-in filet for an additional charge.

The prix fixe starts with a savory Empanada en Fuego, combining blue crab, sweet corn and poblano cream sauce in a flaky crust. A choice of salads follow, including Fleming’s renowned The New Wedge (grape tomatoes, crispy onions, caramelized bacon, blue cheese) or Modern Caesar (hearts of romaine, Parmesan, fried capers, crisp prosciutto chips). The third course entrée is an 8 oz. North Atlantic lobster tail served with drawn butter and paired with a perfectly-cooked 8 oz. filet mignon ($49.95), 12 oz. filet mignon ($54.95) or 14 oz. bone-in filet mignon ($64.95), excluding tax and gratuity.
