Gratitude is expanding with a second location set to open in Beverly Hills in early 2017. Similar to the original Newport Beach location, Gratitude Beverly Hills will offer guests an elevated dining experience while sharing the same philosophies and much of the same ingredient-focused menu of Café Gratitude.
To complement the 100% organic plant-based dishes created by Executive Chef Dreux Ellis, Gratitude will feature a full beverage program designed by Jason Eisner who currently oversees the beverage programs at Café Gratitude’s sister concepts - Gratitude Newport Beach and Gracias Madre in West Hollywood.
Construction at Gratitude Beverly Hills will begin in the coming weeks, with plans to officially open in early 2017. Just like all of Café Gratitude’s sister concepts, Gratitude Beverly Hills will serve locally sourced ingredients and thoughtfully prepared dishes, inspired by the abundance of seasonal produce available at the farmers’ market. The cocktail menu will follow suit by incorporating seasonal flavors and organic ingredients with innovative techniques for which Jason Eisner has come to be known for.
The 3675 square foot Gratitude Beverly Hills is designed by Wendy Haworth and architect Victor Corona, who were also enlisted to help create the iconic vibe of West Hollywood hotspot Gracias Madre as well as Café Gratitude Arts District, San Diego and Gratitude Newport Beach. Marquee design features at Gratitude Beverly Hills will include an open patio upon entering as well as dramatic bow truss ceilings allowing for an abundance of natural light.
