Sentinel Restaurant & Hospitality Group will introduce their newest restaurant in Orange County, Hendrix, at the Ocean Ranch Village in Laguna Niguel. This neighborhood restaurant will offer a style of cuisine that reﬂects the current "New American" trend, menu items will include recognizable preparations and emphasize the main ingredient at its best. These will include popular cuts of ﬁsh, steaks and chops as well as rotisserie items with interesting and ﬂavorful accompaniments and appetizers reﬂecting seasonal availability and quality.
Some of the standout dishes from Hendrix’s new American menu include Fried Brussels Sprout Chips with marcona almonds and lemon confit; Smoked Salmon Latkes with apple sour cream; roti-spit Porcetta with roasted potatoes; and Pan-Seared Lemon Sole with fava bean ragu and olive relish.
Hendrix Restaurant will feature a full bar with a beverage program that will include a mix of signature drinks, a quality draft program reﬂecting the American craft movement, and an easy-to-navigate wine list full of favorites at recognizably good pricing. Wines will be on display in the restaurant so diners can shop for their desired bottle at near retail price.
