Toasted Almond

  • 2oz Mount Gay XO
  • 3oz Vanilla Almond Milk
  • .5oz Clove Syrup

Add all ingredients to shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into chilled rocks glass. Garnish with grated cinnamon.

Out of Office

  • 2oz Mount Gay Black Barrel
  • .5oz Fresh Lime
  • .5oz Fresh Grapefruit
  • .5oz Cinnamon Syrup
  • .5oz Falernum

Add all ingredients to shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain over ice in rocks glass. Garnish with grapefruit wheel.

Sparkling Sage

  • 5oz Mount Gay Black Barrel
  • .75oz Lime
  • .75oz Honey Syrup
  • 3 Sage Leaves
  • 2oz Dry Sparkling (To Finish)

Add rum, lime, honey and sage to shaker. Add ice and shake. Fine strain into champagne glass. Garnish with lemon and sage.

Merry Maple Sour 

  • 2oz Mount Gay XO
  • 1oz Fresh Lemon
  • .5oz Maple
  • .5oz Egg White

Add all ingredients into shaker. Dry shake, then shake with ice. Find strain into chilled coupe. Express lemon oils over the surface. Garnish with a lemon peel.

Cafe Noir

  • 2 oz. El Silencio Espadin
  • 1 oz. Galliano Ristretto
  • 1 Double Shot Espresso (2 oz.)
  • Cinnamon Stick
  • Vanilla Bean

Stir with Cinnamon Stick & Vanilla Bean and serve in a latte cup or your favorite coffee mug.

Holiday in Oaxaca

  • 5 oz. Espadin
  • 1 oz. Cranberry Syrup (1 part unsweetened Cranberry Juice to 1 part sugar)
  • 5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • Soda Water
  • Rosemary Sprig

Shake and strain into a Collins glass. Top off with soda water and garnish with a rosemary sprig.

Stella Artois Cidre Holiday Cocktail recipes for those who prefer a light and airy cider drink. 

Stella Artois Cidre Fireside Sangria

  • 1 honey crisp apple – cored and sliced thin
  • 1 cup white grapes cut in half
  • 1 cup white grape juice
  • 1 lemon cut into wheels
  • 3 orange peels
  • 1 dash vanilla extract
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 cup apple sauce or non-alcoholic apple cider
  • 1 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 sprigs of mint
  • 4 12-ounce bottles Stella Artois Cidre

In a large punch bowl add apples, grapes, grape juice, lemons, orange peel, cinnamon, vanilla, apple cider and sugar. Mix thoroughly and allow to macerate for 30-45 minutes. To finish the punch, add cold Stella Artois Cidre, ice and mint. Serve immediately.

Stella Artois Winter Berry Toddy

  • 1 12-ounce bottle of Stella Artois Cidre
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 ½ ounce fresh raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar

Combine all ingredients in a medium sized saucepan and cook over medium high heat for 5 minutes and lower temp to lowest setting, let simmer for up to 20 minutes. Strain mixture through doubled-over cheesecloth or strain 2 times through a fine mesh strainer. Ladle into your favorite decorative hot beverage mug and garnish with fresh raspberries.

Stella Artois Cidre Ginger Snap

  • 1 oz. Triple Malt
  • 5 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 5 oz. Fresh Ginger Juice
  • 5 oz. Maple Syrup        

Maple Spice Blend for Rim

  • 1 oz. Maple Sugar
  • 5 oz. Allspice Powder
  • 5 oz. Nutmeg Powder     

Rub rim of glass with lemon wedge. Dip glass into maple spice blend. Half fill glass with ice – add liquid ingredients to glass and stir. Fill glass to half waypoint with Stella Artois Cidre.

Stella Artois Cidre Elderberry Bellini

  • 5 oz. Elderberry Syrup
  • 75 oz. Ammaro
  • Orange Twist

Add liquid ingredients to glass and stir. Top with one third of Stella Artois Cidre. Squeeze orange twist over drink and add as garnish.
