Kimpton Shorebreak Resort and Towne Park Brew Co. have announced the launch of ‘Shorebreak Mexican Lager,’ a crisp, smooth, palate-pleasing lager. The lager is available at Kimpton Shorebreak Resort in the mini bars, banquets spaces and on tap at the hotel’s restaurant, Pacific Hideaway.
Shorebreak and Towne Park worked to bring the new ‘Shorebreak Mexican Lager’ to the local market and in the process, produced a beer that pairs perfectly with the Huntington Beach lifestyle. The brew opens up with a squeeze of lime and is the ideal beer for sun and surf. The beer’s artwork features a bull skull and waves from artist Sarah Mayo that represents Shorebreak’s dual inspiration from Southern California and Mexican lifestyle.
"We are excited to introduce Shorebreak Mexican Lager as another unique part of our resort. Towne Park was the perfect brewery to team up with, as they are so entrenched in bringing people together over quality beer,” said Blake Mathias, Director of Food & Beverage. “We know this easy-drinking lager will bring Shorebreak’s guests together and pairs exceptionally well with the creations of Chef Wyatt Lash.”
The new Shorebreak Mexican Lager pair perfectly with Pacific Hideaway’s new menu items including dishes such as the Chicken Tinga Burrito or the Queso Fundido.
Kimpton Shorebreak Resort, located in the heart of Huntington Beach, Calif., and near the iconic intersection of Main Street and Pacific Coast Highway, features ocean views, exquisite furnishing and versatile event and meeting spaces.
