Discover culinary gold with Eureka!’s new tiki-inspired Atta Boy bourbon cocktail with cold brew coffee, pineapple, cinnamon, lemon, and mint. If you're in the mood for a bubbly pick me up, The Healer vodka, GT’s Trilogy Kombucha, Grand Poppy Amaro, and yuzu is the perfect match. As a refreshing non-alcoholic option, the Signature Lavender Iced Tea, made from scratch with a rosemary syrup, lavender, butterfly pea tea, mint, earl grey tea, and lemon juice, showcases Eureka!’s commitment to their craft.

To accompany the exciting new beverages, Eureka!’s menu is introducing American classics with Eureka!’s signature modern twist. Making its debut, the Mushroom Toast features exotic mushroom medley, goat cheese, lemon zest, arugula, topped with balsamic glaze; a Smoky Beer Chili, the Hemp Bowl is topped with a fried egg, quinoa black rice medley, spicy chickpeas, exotic mushroom medley, sweet potatoes, braised kale & broccolini, avocado, pickled onions, almonds, hemp seeds, and sunflower crema; Fish N’ Chips features craft beer battered white fish, signature fries, furikake, and is served with smoky tartar sauce.
