The indulgent three-course brunch menu features an appetizer choice of lobster bisque, modern Caesar or housemade burrata salad. Entrée selections include Fleming’s signature eggs Benedict with filet mignon or crab cake; cinnamon apple brioche French toast with orange Chantilly cream; California style steak & eggs or New Zealand salmon Cobb salad. All entrées are served with Lyonnaise potatoes and seasonal vegetable. For dessert, select from fresh seasonal berries & cream, Tahitian vanilla bean crème brûlée or New York cheesecake.
