Bad to the Bone BBQ will offer a barbecue brunch with Southern breakfasts and signature smoked meats from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Mother’s Day Sunday, May 14.
Mother’s Day brunch selections include chicken and waffles, a cinnamon-nutmeg waffle topped with maple pecan butter and crispy boneless chicken topped with sausage gravy, priced at $11.95; cowboy skillet hash with crispy seasoned potatoes, bell pepper, onion, smoked beef brisket, pepper jack cheese, roasted tomatillo salsa with guacamole, topped with two fried eggs, priced at $12.95; and a breakfast frittata, Spanish-style oven baked omelet with roasted pasilla peppers, corn tortilla, smoked pork shoulder, pepper jack cheese, chipotle crema, roasted tomatillo salsa and crispy O’Brien potatoes, priced at $12.95. Homemade soups will be available for the occasion, including tomato basil and green chili lobster bisque, priced at $4.99 for a small bowl and $9.95 for large.
Dessert options include chocolate pecan pie, available as a slice for $4.95 or the whole pie, for $19.95; and fresh fruit cobbler, priced at $4.95.
