Pour Company's New Weekend Brunch Menu

Chef Nick Oberlin is reinventing his breakfast favorites with an innovative and fun brunch menu available Al Fresco at  Pour Company in Fullerton. Guests are invited to enjoy the new Brunch menu from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday on Pour Company’s covered private patio with its own outdoor bar,  offering morning Eye Openers, including Bottomless Mimosas, Sangria and Micheladas.

“Our Weekend Brunch menu is approachable and inviting so that everyone can take full advantage of our bright and energetic back patio!” explains Chef Nick Oberlin, who admits that brunch is one of his most favorite meals. “Since opening nearly a year ago, our patio is considered one of the area’s hidden gems – and we’re ready for it to come out of hiding and share it with Orange County!”

Chef Nick Oberlin’s Weekend Brunch Menu features:

Pastrami Sweet Potato Hash – Mustard Hollandaise

Prosciutto Benedict – English Muffin, Prosciutto, Mustard Hollandaise

Breakfast Burrito – Eggs, Tater Tots, Cheese
(option to add Bacon, Sausage, Soyrizo & Avocado)

Avocado Toast – Toasted Ciabatta, Avocado, Arugula & Dukah

Stuffed Cinnamon French Toast – Seasonal Preserves, Vanilla Caramel

Chicken & Waffles – Pink Peppercorn Syrup

Breakfast Nachos – Salsa Verde, Cotija Cheese 
(option to add Smoked Chicken, Chorizo or Pulled Pork)

Hangover Scramble– Tater Tots, 2 Eggs, Kale, Bacon Gravy

3-Star Pancakes – Plain, Banana, Chocolate or Berries

House Burger – House Blend Beef, White Cheddar Cheese, Bacon Onion Jam (option to add a Fried Egg)

Mexican Shrimp Caesar – Garlic Shrimp, Romaine, Pepitas, Cotija & Roasted Poblano Caesar Dressing

Steak & Eggs – Chimichurri, Crispy Potatoes, 2 Eggs

Poutine – Pour Fries, Cheese Curds, Duck Confit & Duck Gravy

Bacon Mac N Cheese – Option to upgrade to Angry Mac!

Located in the heart of downtown Fullerton, Pour Company offers a seasonal menu of American classics as interpreted by Chef Nick Oberlin.
