Puesto Mexican Artisan Kitchen & Bar is bringing the authentic flavors and culture of Oaxaca to Orange County with MOLE & MEZCAL, Wednesday, May 1st at Puesto Park Place. Puesto will present a special four-course prix-fixe dinner menu from 5 p.m.
For one night only, Chefs Olga Cabrera from Casa del Sol and Chef Aurora Toledo from Restaurante Zandunga will join the Puesto team in the kitchen for the MOLE & MEZCAL dinner. Guests will be able to explore the intricacies of Oaxacan cuisine through four thoughtful courses on the evening’s carefully curated menu. Those interested will also have the option to partake Puesto’s full bar offerings or a special paired beverage menu that will be available for an additional $20 per person.
MOLE & MEZCAL will take place at Puesto Park Place, located at 3311 Michelson Drive, in Irvine. For that evening, only the special menu will be offered throughout the restaurant.
