A Mexican street food favorite: Chicken Breast pounded thin, breaded and fried crisp, on a garlic-toasted torta roll with Cheese, Guacamole, Pico de Gallo and Lettuce. Served with choice of 1 side.

Slow-Cooked Shredded Chicken and Menonito Cheese layered and baked in an iron cazuela, with house-made Mole Verde & Chipotle Crema. Served with two sides.

Fish roasted in parchment paper with epazote, onions, jalapeno and herbs.Served with two sides.

Cochinita Pibil
Pork Slow-roasted Yucatecan-style with Achiote, Citrus and Cilantro, served en cazuela with warm corn tortillas, diced avocado and habanero-pickled red onion.  Served with two sides.

SOL’s Nachos Dulces
