What: For Brunch, a four-course, full service dining experience that includes complimentary Champagne from Las Brisas’ own private stock, a full selection of main courses featuring Lobster and Seafood omelets, Huevos Rancheros with New York Steak, Free-Range Chicken Crepes, and Crab-Stuffed Oregon Trout, served with authentic Mexican pastries freshly baked in our ovens, and your choice of coffee, tea or milk. Brunch is served from 8am-3pm. For dinner, a Ceviche Appetizer of Shrimp, Guacamole and Ahi Tuna, Lobster Bisque or Quinoa Salad, and Chocolate Cappuccino Tiramisu Cake as complimentary surroundings for such main courses as Petite Filet Mignon Oscar Style, Pepper Coffee Crusted Dryaged Ribeye, Ocean Trout, Maine Lobster and Tomahawk Ribeye. Also, for dinner which starts at 4pm, a special $100 Couples Seafood Tower of Raw Oysters, Cocktail Shrimp, King Crab and Stone Crab Executive Chef Aurello Sanchez has outdone himself!
