Surf and Sand Resort is offering a seaside Easter celebration with a specialty menu from Executive Chef, David Fuñe at Splashes! On Sunday, April 5 from 12-3pm Splashes will offer a three-course lunch that includes savory and sweet choices. Guests will start of with seasonal bites like the Spiced Peach & Plum Salad, Compressed Salmon Dumplings and Crisp Brussels Sprouts. Moving into the main course, a sampling of choices include the new Lobster & Go-Green Spinach Benedict, Mary's Garlic Half-Chicken and a Black Forest Carrot vegetarian delight. In addition to mouth-watering starters and entrees, guests will be treated to an array of of holiday sweets including White Chocolate Lemon Tart, Red Ginger Panna Cotta and more!
