Sundried Tomato American Bistro in San Clemente Celebrates its Second Anniversary in Style

Sundried Tomato American Bistro and Café will celebrate the second anniversary of its San Clemente location on Sunday, April 3 and Monday, April 4, 2011 and with a buy one entree, get one free special. 


Since the restaurant’s grand opening in April 2009, Sundried Tomato Café has been a local favorite for delicious food in a great environment. The restaurant features a large bar with four TVs and DirectTV that will please any sports fan and boasts an elegant dining room and a fantastic patio with a fireplace lounge that is perfect for eating dinner and enjoying a cocktail.


“Sundried Tomato quickly became a staple in the Talega community,” says Holli Lienau, the co-owner of the restaurant. “For the past two years, the restaurant has been a hot spot for locals to go for both lunch and dinner. We offer an Express Lunch on weekdays for $11 that is very popular with business people and other on-the-go residents.”


 Sundried Tomato Café features a menu with signature items such as its famous Creamy Sundried Tomato soup, the Chopped Salad, and the Honey Cilantro Pesto Chicken Sandwich. Popular Entrée items include the Pesto Baked Mahi Mahi, Natural Half-Chicken, Chipotle Glazed Baby Back Ribs, and the 12 oz Long Island Steak. The restaurant also features a daily soup special and unique sides such as its signature Sundried Tomato-Gorgonzola Mac ‘n’ Cheese and the Green Beans with Pine Nut Piccata.
